This is also a very simple trick that helps you in designing the shape of the world by making use of the following tip.  

Open a new file.

Keep the size of the file around 220 pixels by 220 pixels. Also make certain that the file is in RGB mode.

Select light blue color for foreground and darker shade of blue color for the background. Go to options and select filters options. Select the render clouds option from the filter menu. This option will use the background and foreground color to create clouds in your file. In the file menu select render and click on the lightening effects. Change the shape of ellipse to a circle from the light effects menu and drag the focus setting to about 15 and then apply. You will get an eye-catching design of the world!
