Title: Photoshop animation tutorial - create a moon animation in a dark cloudy scary night

I am going to give an idea that how to make a moon animated scary night scene.

 In this tutorial of mine I am going to give an idea that  how
 to create an Animated Moon Light in the cloudy sky.

[1]- First of all open a new document size 400x400 pixel, 
96 risolution; RGB colormode

[2]- Fill the Dark Blue color with the 
help of  the Alt+Backspace

[3]- Press the "D" key on your key board now go to
 Filter>Render>Diffrance Cloud. after that press the Ctrl+F many time

[4]- Now create a new layer1 
from the Layer palette.

[5]- Create a new circle shape with the help
of the Elliptical marquee tool. Now fill white color
 with Alt+Backspace, after that press the Ctrl+D to deselect

[6]- Now double click on this layer1 and select 
the Outer Glow from the Layer style now 
use the following settings

[7]- Your image should look like this

[8]- Now click on this icon
of Edit in ImageReady

[9]- Click on this icon of Duplicate 
current frame as shown below by hand sign

[10]-Raduce Opacity of layer1,  opacity 86%

[11]- Click on this icon of 
Duplicate Current frame

[12]- Reduce opacity 72% of layer1

[13]- Now click on this icon of Tween
as shown below by hand

[14]- Use the following settings.

[15]- Now Go to File>Save Optimized 
and now your image has been completed
