So, I am writing following steps by which you
can also easily
create Wave Effect on Text for free logo or free website templates.
[1]-First of all open new document of Custom size 400x400 pixels
Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color as shown below
[2]-Now select these 
colors for Forground and
Background and fill by the Press Alt+Backspace
[3]-Now select Text Tool 
and write words as shown below
[4]-Now Go to Left Bottom of Layer Pallete and
click on sign
'f ' which is indicating by finger
sign as shown below
[5]-Now select Drop Shadow
and use the following settings
[6]-Now select Inner Shadow
and use the following settings
[7]-Now select Outer Glow
and apply the following settings
[8]-Now select Bevel & Emboss
and apply the following settings
[9]-Now select Texture and
use the following settings
[10]-Now select Satin
and
use the following settings
[11]-Now select Color Overlay
and use the following settings
[12]-After used the above setting
your text will be look as
shown below
[13]-Now go to Filter>Distort>Twirl
and appy the following
settings
[14]-Now your Text will
be look as shown below
[15]-Now select Marquee Tool 
and press Ctrl+T
and increase the size of the words as shown below
[16]-Now select Background
Layer as shown below
[17]-Now select white color for Forground
and Press Alt+Backspace
[18]-At last, all settings have been completed
and your Text
will be look as shown below
