[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels
of resolution
72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now select the Horizontal
Type Mask Tool .
[3] Create a new layer.
[3] Now write your text
see in the next image.
[4] And now fill with any
color would your like.
[5] Then go to Channel Pallete
create a new channel.
[6] Now fill the
color dark grey.
[7] Then go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur
use these settings.
[8] Now Press Cntl+C
to copy your text.
[9] Now back to Layer Pallete
create a new layer and Press
Cntl+V, to paste your text.
[10] Your image should
be look like this.
[11] Then Press Cntl+E
to Merge the Layer.
[12] Then go to Filter>Render>Lighting Effects
use the
following settings.

[14] Now go to Blending Option
and select the Bevel and Emboss
use the following settings.
[15] Don't click ok select the Contour
Elements use the following
settings.
[16] Don't click ok select the Gradient
overlay use the following
