[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution
72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Fill the new document with orange color.
[3] Then go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise
apply the following
the settings.
[4] Go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur
apply the following
settings.
[5] Your image should be look like this.
[6] Press Cntl+F, so far your background
design should look
like this.
[7] Now select the shape tool.
[8] Create a shape like this and fill it
with soft green color .
[9] Make the copy of layer1
as shown fig. below.
[10] And rotate it with the help of
transfrom as shown in the
image below.
[11] Do the same thing for the other part
of it as shown in
the image given below.
[12] Merge the layers as in the fig.
[13] Make the copy of layer layer1.
[13] Then go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur
apply the following
settings.
[14] Your image should be look like this.
[15] And rotate it with the help of transfrom
as shown in the
image below.
[15] Hold Cntl+Alt and move the cursor down
as shown fig below.
[16] Now change the Blending Mode layer1 copy
see in the next
image.
[17] Your image should be look like this.
[18] Go to Image Adjustments, Hue/Saturation
Apply the following
setting.
[19] Your image should be look like this.
[20] Now go to the Blending Option
apply the following settings.
[21] Your image should be look like this.
[22] Make the copy of layer1.
[23] And rotate it with the help of transfrom
as shown in the
image below.
[24] Go to Image Adjustments, Hue/Saturation
Apply the following
setting.
