[1] First of all I have taken a new file of height = 400 pixels,
width = 400 pixels
and resoulation of 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Make a new layer from the layer pallete.
[3] Fill the color in the layer1 as shown below.
[4] Select the rectagular marqee tool from the tool pallete
and draw
the rectangle in the file as shown below in fig.
[5] Make a new layer from the layer pallete.
[6] Now fill the white color in the selection
as shown below
in the image.
[7] Now go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur and use the
setting
which I have used below.
[8] Your image will look like this.
[9] Make the copy of layer2 in the layer pallte.
[10] Now rotate it with the help of transform at the angle of
90'.
[11] Merge the layers as in the fig.
[12] Make the copy of layer2 in the layer pallte.
[13] Now rotate it with the help of transform selection
as shown
in the image.
[14] Now use the transform selection to make the size
of the
next layer small as shown in the image.
[15] Make a new layer from the layer pallete.
[16] Select the Elliptical Marqee tool from the tool pallet
e
and draw the circle in the file as shown below in the next fig.
[17] Now go to Edit>stroke and use
the setting as given below.
[18] Your image will look like this.
[19] Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and
use the setting
which I have used below.
[20] Your image will look like this.
[21] I have put it down on the car.
